Simplified or Traditional Chinese, done properly
Markham's Chinese-speaking residents do not all read the same script. Many Mandarin speakers from mainland China read Simplified Chinese, while many Cantonese speakers from Hong Kong read Traditional. Choosing the wrong one, or auto-converting between them, signals that a business does not really serve that community. Dental offices, aesthetic clinics, realtors and accountants should decide based on who their customers are. Each version needs its own URLs, hreflang tags and properly subset fonts, because full Chinese font files are large and slow pages down.
